SHIPPING/ DELIVERY POLICY

• Order will be delivered usually within 7 to 10 working days subject to product availability, shipping destination & courier partner’s delivery time to the location.
• A fee of INR 49/- per order shall be charged for all orders below an amount of INR 500/-
• An order once placed can only be cancelled before it has been shipped. Once a product has been shipped, no request for cancellation shall be entertained.
• Miscos Studio reserve the right to cancel any order placed at its website if it is not possible to fulfil that order
• All the products of Miscos Studio on this website are to be sold in India only.

RETURN POLICY

• Products sold on this website cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds will be issued on products once purchased and delivered without any defects.
• Refund shall be initiated only if a prepaid order is not successfully delivered at the address as mentioned by the customer.
• If upon delivery, the products(s) are found damaged, the same shall be exchanged with a fresh product. The customer needs to email Miscos Studio within 24 hours of delivery at care@miscosstudio.com
• Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to following terms-
  1. That the product is not used and has preserved its original condition, tags, and packaging.
  2. Exchanges requests is subject to review and vetting by Miscos Studio
  3. Damages due to user’s mishandling will not be covered under this policy.
  4. Compulsory unboxing video required to verify any damage claim.
  5. Once the customer’s return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 10 to 21 business days.
  6. Miscos Studio is not responsible for any damage to the product caused post its delivery at the address as mentioned by the customer.
